Pending in the Probate Court of Guadalupe County, in Matters of Probate No. 2009-PC-0040.
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ABOVE ESTATE:
WHEREAS, on the 17th day of September, 2009, in the County Court of Guadalupe County, Sitting in Matters of Probate, the undersigned, duly qualified as the Dependent Administratrix of the Estate of Roy Guzman, Deceased.
Notice is hereby given that Original Letters of Administration on this estate were granted and this is to notify all persons having claims against said estate to present the same to the undersigned within the time prescribed by law. Any person indebted to said estate is hereby notified to pay same to the undersigned.

MCL COLIFORM VIOLATION
(TCR 22)
The Springs Hill Water Supply Corporation / 0940022 water system collected (3) water sample during 10/09, that contained coli-form bacteria. This water system is required to submit a minimum of 20 routine water samples each month for bacteriological analysis. 3 routine samples were coli-form-found and (9) repeat samples were taken, all repeat samples were negative for coli-form bacteria for the month and year indicated above.
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) sets drinking water standards in Texas and has determined that the presence of total coli-form is a possible health concern. Coli-forms are bacteria that are naturally present in the environment and are used as an indicator that other, potentially-harmful, bacteria may be present. Coli-forms were found in more samples than allowed and this was a warning of potential problems.
For water systems analyzing at least 40 samples per month, no more than Five (5) percent of the month samples may be positive for total coli-form. For systems analyzing fewer than 40 samples per month, no more than one (1) sample per month may be positive for total coli-form.

INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Housing Authority of the City of Seguin, Texas (hereinafter called the "Local Housing Authority") will receive sealed bids for a single construction contract for the Modernization of Public Housing for 39 dwelling buildings and two community and storage buildings to provide cleaning and resurfacing of the exterior with elastomeric coating, modifications and related exterior repair, and painting of interior selected dwelling units; bids shall include demolition, alterations and all work specified and/or shown on the drawings until:

Immediately thereafter all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Proposed forms of contract documents; including plans and specifications are on file and available for inspection at the office of the Housing Authority of the City of Seguin and at the office of Cameron Alread, Architect Inc., 209 W. 8th St., Fort Worth, Texas 76102, (817) 332-6231 and at plan rooms in various cities of the state. Copies of the documents may be obtained by depositing $100.00 with the Architect for one set of documents per General Contractor. Such deposits will be refunded on return of the plans, specifications and other documents in good condition within 15 days after bid opening. Plans and specifications that have been taken apart are not considered in good condition.
A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at 2:00 PM at the Seguin Housing Authority
