Trick or treating

A local program is looking to help children celebrate the spooky season.

The Head Start 2 Halloween event is 3:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 27 at 1201 W. Court St., providing a socially-distanced Halloween event for parents and children, Head Start Program Director Julie Cantu said.
