Wednesday wreck

Methodist AirCare lands on FM 467 to pick up a patient that was ejected from a vehicle Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2019.

The helipad at Guadalupe Regional Medical Center, which served as the home base for a bright yellow helicopter, has sat empty for a little more than a year.

In August 2019, officials closed the air base at GRMC, from which an air ambulance used to fly to emergencies. Seguin and Guadalupe County residents need not fret, because emergency medical professionals here said they are still provide top-notch service and continue to help save lives.
