Renowned chef and winner of Food Network’s “Chopped Grill Masters” Ernest Servantes is slated to make downtown Seguin home to his restaurant, Burnt Bean Co.

Servantes began amassing a large following in the area after operating barbecue pop-up shops at The Warehouse as well as selling barbecue from his home several times a month, he said.
