It has recently come to my attention how slim the housing is in Seguin for the elderly.

My father-in-law is looking for a place to live that is suitable for retired individuals on a fixed income and there are very few places available. Is there anyone that is currently attempting to build this type of housing in Seguin?

Every desirable town has an aging population as people like to stay where they have lived for most of their life, so I wonder if the planners of our great little community have noticed what a desperate situation our elderly are facing?
