Maria Guardiola of San Marcos, Texas went to be with the Lord Monday, Nov. 16, 2009, at the age of 79.

Maria is survived by her sisters; Victoria Perez, Candelaria G. Lopez, Catalina Guardiola, and Catarina Garcia; and brothers, Jesus Guardiola, Alvino Guardiola, and Teodoro Guardiola.

Palmer Mortuary will hold a visitation Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009 from 5-9 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7 p.m. A Chapel Service will be held Friday, Nov. 20, 2009, at Palmer Mortuary at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at San Geronimo Cemetery.
