Joyce (Schultze) Young

Joyce (Schultze) Young, age 80 (born Nov. 6, 1929 in New Berlin) passed away Nov. 15, 2009.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Augusta (Campbell) Schultze; husband, Harold Ernst Young; brother, Bill Schultze; sister, Margorie Vader and son-in-law, Charlie Kotara.

She is survived by her children, Diana Kotara of Seguin, Douglas Young and wife Patricia of New Berlin and Dawn Young of New Berlin; grandchildren, Derek Kotara and wife Carrie of Lacey, Wash., Nicole Kotara of Oakland, Calif., Brandon Young and wife Brandi of LaVernia and Caleb Young and fiancée Kristin Harris of New Berlin; great-granddaughter, Allie Young of LaVernia; brothers and sisters-in-law, Betty Weidner, Carolyn Schultze, Janie Young, Helen Doege and husband Milton and Wilbert Young and wife Marlene and many other family and friends. Visitation will take place Tuesday, 5-8 p.m. at Finch Funeral Chapel-LaVernia.

A service will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2009, at 10 a.m. at Christ Lutheran Church of Elm Creek.
