Nelson and Pearlie Loeffler

After 62 years of love and commitment Pearlie Wuest Loeffler went to our lord on Nov. 21, 2009. She was followed by her beloved husband Nelson Edward Loeffler on Nov. 22, 2009.
Nelson and Pearlie gave a lifetime to their community, family, and church. Nelson retired from Alamo Ironworks after 33 years of service. He also volunteered for the Marion Fire Department, served on the Marion School Board, and St. John’s church council.
Pearlie was a full time homemaker and also volunteered at Marion schools and church. The Loeffler’s are preceded in death by their daughter Kathleen Loeffler Reinhard.
They are survived by son Keith Wayne and wife Mary; grandchildren Gerard and wife Racheal Reinhard, CleAnn and husband Jamie Toner, Kristy Reinhard, John Martin and Adam Wayne Loeffler; great-grand children Morgan, Garrett, and Shannon Reinhard.
Visitation will be Friday, Nov. 27, 2009 at 1 p.m. with funeral services following at 2 p.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church FM 465 in Marion, Texas with Pastor Jim Witschorke officiating. Interment will follow in Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to St. John’s Lutheran Church in Marion or to any hospice organization of choice.
