Maxine H. Spicer of Seguin, Texas passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2009, at the age of 86. Palmer Mortuary will hold a visitation Sunday, Oct. 25, 2009, from 3-8 p.m. A Graveside Service will be held Monday, Oct. 26, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. at Ft. Sam National Cemetery.
