Rodney John Brandenberger
Rodney John Brandenberger, age 25, passed away on June 6, 2006. He was born in New Braunfels, Texas, on May 7, 1981. He graduated from Texas State University-San Marcos in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in geography and a minor in political science.
He was in the manager training program with Bill Miller Bar-B-Q, where he worked during his college years. He is survived by his mother, Cindy Merrill of New Braunfels, brother, Justin Brandenberger of Schertz, grandparents, Jesse and Isabel Turner of Seguin, and fiancée, Lindsey Varelans of Cibolo, and many other friends and family.
Rodney was a great son, brother, and friend to all that knew him. All of us have been blessed to know him and he has filled our lives with joy. He will be greatly missed. Memorial Tributes may be sent to www.mem.com . Visitation will be at Goetz Funeral Home on Friday, June 9 from 5-9 p.m. with family receiving friends from 5-7 p.m. service will be Saturday, June 10, 2006 at 10 a.m. in the Goetz Memorial Chapel with interment to follow in San Geronimo Cemetery.
