Construction Manager-At-Risk

Navarro ISD invites qualified firms to submit qualifications for Construction Manager-at Risk services for the November 2021 Bond Program of a new High School for 1100 students which includes the following: School Admin. Offices, 2-Story Classroom Wing, Media Center, Dining/Kitchen, Band Hall with practice rooms, Life Skills, Black Box Classroom, Drive/sidewalk Paving, Competition Gym to seat 1300 spectators, Practice Gym, Athletic/PE Locker Rooms, Weight Room, Training Room, Practice Fields, Dance, Theater to seat 750, and CTE/Ag facilities.

The District will be utilizing the two-step process pursuant to Texas Government Code §2269, Subchapter F for this project. Interested firms will first submit qualifications. Upon receipt of the qualifications, the District will review and then prepare a short list of firms to submit proposed fees prior to an interview with the selection committee. Request for Qualifications are due on February 1, 2022 @ 2:00 PM CST.

Navarro Independent School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all submissions, to waive any formalities and irregularities in the submissions received, and will accept the response(s) determined to be in the best interests of the District.
