Members of a local lake association recently entered into an agreement with the city of Seguin to try to save their lake at the best price possible.

The Meadow Lake Nolte Dam Association partnered with the city to move forward with studies on ways to save the threatened lake by replacing or repairing dam spill gates the dam’s owner said are no longer viable.
